Disabling automatic asset to PDF conversion

By default, the add-on automatically converts digital assets that are Microsoft Office files to PDFs. Under certain conditions this process can significantly delay EBX® start up times. In this case, you might want to disable this behavior.
Note:
This property and behavior only apply to versions of the add-on compatible with TIBCO EBX® version 5.9.x.
To disable the automatic conversion of assets to PDFs:
  1. If it is running, stop your EBX® repository.
  2. Add the ebx.addon.dama.convert.officeFiles.to.pdf property to your ebx.properties file and set it to false.
  3. Start your EBX® repository.
