Installing the app
Users can install the EBX® GO Add-on for iOS or EBX® GO Add-on for Android mobile applications on their devices using the Google Play Store, or Apple App Store.
Note:
As iOS receives frequent updates and automatic updates cannot be deactivated, the utmost effort is put forth in testing and supporting the latest available versions.

The add-on is currently supported when using EBX® 5.9.X. Note that the mobile app automatically downloads and installs the correct app version to ensure compatibility with the configured server.

Note:
When installing the app on an Android device, the Android System WebView app (at least version 59.0.3071.125) must also be installed.
